2013 Session 16: Heaping Coals – Retrieving Coals

This session picks up with the previous conversation about how Christians are to behave, and to avoid repaying “evil for evil.”  Expanding the subject, Dr. Nunnally provides a snapshot of the differences between the original Hebrew text, and the Greek translation of that text, known as the Septuagint. Paul tends to amplify his letters based on the Septuagint. Why? It’s an open question. After a brief discussion, we turn our attentions to Romans 13.
